LanBridge terms of service

Product and operator

LanBridge provides remote desktop connections and LanMate assistant tasks. It is operated by Hangzhou Jianlan Zhiwei Technology Co., Ltd.

Accounts, devices and authorization

Access only devices and information you are entitled to use, and perform tasks within the authorized scope. Signing into the same account helps discover devices but does not automatically grant remote control or task permission.

Check the target device, task materials and permitted actions. You can refuse authorization, stop a task or disconnect. Stopping or disconnecting does not automatically undo content already submitted, changed, deleted or downloaded.

AI tasks and third-party services

LanMate acts on your goal within the authorized scope. Check results before relying on them or taking consequential actions. Online model requests may include text, images, file content and context needed for the task; recipients depend on the selected model and settings.

Model use is subject to account allowances and configuration. Custom models, target websites and other third-party services have their own terms and data policies. LanBridge membership does not replace their accounts, permissions or charges.

Prices, payment and renewal

Launch prices are USD 7.90 per month or USD 79 per year; standard prices are USD 9.90 per month or USD 99 per year. One-time purchases and automatic renewal have the same launch price, including tax. Launch subscriptions keep the price paid when purchased for future renewals until cancelled. Standard prices apply only to future new purchases and do not increase renewal prices for existing launch subscriptions. The product, amount, currency, tax and renewal option will be shown before payment.

Dodo Payments acts as the Merchant of Record for transactions completed through its checkout, and its buyer terms shown at checkout apply. LanBridge provides the product licence, membership access and product support. One-time purchases do not renew automatically. Subscriptions renew on the selected cycle until cancelled.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund payments. If you have not used VIP features covered by that order, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days for monthly membership or 30 calendar days for annual membership, starting when that order's VIP entitlement begins. LanBridge support verifies eligible requests and asks Dodo Payments to process them. The buyer terms applicable to the transaction and your statutory rights are unaffected. See the refund policy.

Data requests and statutory rights

For account, task-record or personal-data requests, contact support@lanbridge.cc. Disabling an account, signing out a session, hiding task history and physically deleting data are different actions; describe the information you want addressed.

This page does not limit non-waivable consumer rights provided by applicable law.
